Having lent her talents to such Fortune 100 and 500 heavy hitters as Turner Broadcasting System, Russell Corporation and The Coca-Cola Corporation, Michele was inspired to bring her passion for numbers, analysis and helping small business owners to the forefront with the launch of ClearPath Associates in 2016.

Michele has a wealth of experience serving nonprofits, as well as mid-level to large-scale corporations and emerging companies in the technology, media, communications, consumer goods, and manufacturing sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from The Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University. In addition to her profound love of spreadsheets, Michele is an avid runner, health enthusiast and dog lover. When she isn't working, you'll find her running the trails in the North Georgia Mountains with her rescue dog.

Karen Laney grew up in the state of Maine and graduated from Boston College with a degree in Accounting. She worked in Boston and moved to Atlanta in 1996. She has worked at both small and large companies and brings extensive experience in both Accounting and Finance. She most recently worked at IBM for 13 years and over that period further developed her skills in Accounting, Acquisitions, Budgeting, Financial Analysis and Pricing. Karen resides in Johns Creek, GA with her husband and 2 children. She enjoys reading, volunteering and spending time with her family.

Kelly grew up in a military family and has lived in multiple states including Oklahoma, Illinois, Florida, and Virginia as well as overseas in Italy and Germany. She graduated with a degree in accounting from California State University, Chico. She has had a progressive accounting career in IT during the ‘ISP Boom”, in home building during the “Housing Bubble”, and for the last 15 years gained most of her management and controller experience in private equity investments and management operations in the Senior Housing Industry. She has extensive knowledge in GAAP accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and trend analyses. Kelly lives in Blue Ridge, GA with her husband and enjoys golfing, gardening, hiking, and horseback riding.

Rachel's background includes leadership and management in a variety of industries that supports an affinity for efficiency solutions, problem solving and bookkeeping services. She has a passion for the outdoors and the protection of our natural resources supported by a Bachelor’s Degree focused in Ecology, from Virginia Commonwealth University.
